AI agents that can't say done without proof.
ClosedOut is the rules and checks I run my own agency's AI agents on. Every claim needs a receipt, a different model checks the work, and I read the results in the morning.

check Bounced. No proof next to the claim.
agent Correction: two of the three are done and one is in progress.
3 seconds later. A real exchange.
What it does
Agents are fast. They're also happy to tell you something's finished when it isn't. ClosedOut puts a few hard rules between the agent and the word "done".
No proof, no done
An agent can't call work done or quote a number unless the proof sits right next to it: the file and line, a link, or the command it ran and what came back. No proof and the reply gets sent back.
One model writes, another checks
Tests get written before the code. One model builds it, a model from a different company reviews it. Only something that could hurt a client, money, a message going out, or something live stops the line.
Ships overnight, undo in one click
Internal work with green tests and a clean review goes live on its own. In the morning there's one page of what shipped, each with a Revert button. Anything that touches clients or money still waits for my OK.
Built in public
I'm Danny Veiga. I built ClosedOut to run my own agency first. I post what I learn building it on X, and the tools that come out of it go open source.
